250 gallon stainless steel brewery/distillery cooker made by Vendome Copper and Brass Works Inc. 2hp Braun electric mixer with extra mixing blade added to shaft. High efficiency internal stainless steel coil that can be used to heat contents with hot water or steam, as well as crash cool with cold water or glycol. Sloped bottom with 3 inch tri-clamp port. Extra port for direct steam injection setup. Spray ball port for CIP. Temperature gauge. Top port for venting steam. Adjustable feet. Manufactured in 2013. Great condition.
