Craft Spirits Data Project
The Craft Spirits Data Project © (CSDP), launched initially in 2016, continues to play an integral role in understanding the economic dynamics of the craft spirits industry. ACSA partners with Park Street, a global import and back-end office and financial solution company to research and analyze economic trends in the craft spirits industry. To date, it has been the single most impactful economic project we have spearheaded, as our findings draw a clear line between our industry and job development, agricultural growth, and increased tourism. Our findings continue to be a critical tool in moving forward the fight for a reduced Federal Excise Tax. The CSDP educates media and is routinely cited in national business and trade journals. It provides a firm foundation for financial institutions to determine risk when loaning monies to new or existing DSPs. ACSA plans to update this report annually.
