Ms. Bauer is a Certified Professional Environmental Auditor (CPEA) and has performed various industry environmental compliance audits in the United States. Ms. Bauer specializes in assisting clients in interpreting and implementing various regulatory compliance requirements, training, and providing guidance and support for interactions with regulatory agencies. Ms. Bauer is practiced in providing compliance assistance for merger, acquisition, and divestiture transactions, including identifying and completing environmental permit transfers and providing other integration assistance.
