ACSA Room Rate: $207 per night (before taxes)
Guests who book within the ACSA room block will receive a daily $15 dining credit for dinner after 5:00 pm at ARC Bar & Restaurant, a daily $10 credit for DIVVY bikes and scooters, and a complimentary one-hour hotel e-bike rental for up to two bikes, based on availability. Guests will also receive dining discounts at select local businesses, including 10% off at Il Culaccino, Oyster House, Momentum Coffee, and Tea Pot Brew, and 15% off at Weather Mark. Inclusions are subject to change at any time.

Convention activities will take place at the McCormick Place located at 2301 S. Martin Luther King Drive Chicago, IL 60616. Convention programming will take place in the Lakeside Center. Additional check-in and entrance information will be shared closer to the event.
Chicago is served by two major airports:
- Chicago Midway International Airport (MDW) — Midway is the closest airport to McCormick Place.
- Chicago O’Hare International Airport (ORD) — O’Hare offers a wider selection of domestic and international flights.
Discounted airfare may be available for convention attendees through participating airlines. Booking instructions and promotional codes will be added to this page as they are confirmed. Airline restrictions and blackout dates may apply.
Travel times will vary depending on traffic. Rideshare services, taxis, and public transportation are available from both airports.
Parking is available at McCormick Place and the Hyatt Regency McCormick Place. Rates and availability are determined by each venue and are subject to change.
February in Chicago is cold, so be sure to pack warm layers, a winter coat, and comfortable shoes. The Hyatt Regency McCormick Place is connected to the convention center by a skybridge, making it easy to travel between the hotel and convention programming without going outside.
