Dan Gasper has coached and supported the founders of some of the drinks industry’s most successful modern brands. Co-founder of Distill Ventures, Dan was COO at DV until Jan ’18 and now coaches some of the industries best independent craft spirits brands. Dan lives in the nexus of drinks futures, has unique experience in scaling drinks brands and loves supporting founders to realize their boldest vision.

Tom Potter co-founded the Brooklyn Brewery in 1987, serving as CEO and Chairman of the Board. He is the co-author of “Beer School: Bottling Success at the Brooklyn Brewery” and a past Executive Director of the American Institute of Wine & Food, currently serving as chairman of the AIWF Foundation.  Tom is also the director
of The Michael Jackson Education Fund, an internship named for the eponymous writer and lecturer
on beer and distilled spirits.
