Ethics & Advertising

The ACSA Board of Directors developed and approved a process to help us identify and examine transgressions from our Code of Ethics. Turn to the ACSA’s Advertising Complaint Review Process to alert ACSA of potential noncompliance. In addition, the following documents address best practices in the areas digital media, tasting room, and advertising practices. If you use social media or advertise in any form, please refer to these documents. If you have any questions, please contact the Ethics Committee of ACSA.

“We operate in an honest, transparent and non-deceptive fashion. We inform consumers truthfully and accurately about the sources and methods used to make our spirits through our labels, materials and communications. We expect fair dealing and respect amongst members. We obey all federal, state, and local laws.” —ACSA Code of Ethics
