Of course. The experience was challenging in new ways. Figuring out scaling, carbonation in a high alcohol solution, and best canning practices were all a bit new for us but our canned Gin and Tonic turned out fantastic! Happy to discuss in more detail via email (molly@freelandspirits.com)
