I’m in business two years making a liqueur in NH. I’m selling in NH and MA so far, and looking to expand… initially in the Northeast (RI, CT, NY, NJ etc). I’m doing some research on tanks that would serve multiple purposes for production. Ideally, I’d like a blending tank and also a tank that could be pressurized for potentially doing canned cocktails down the line. Seems the biggest issue is with or without an agitator? Seems like a blending tank without this feature would be more difficult.…[Read more]
