American Craft Spirits Festival

We’re happy to share that the American Craft Spirits Festival is set for October 29, 2025, at Binny’s Beverage Depot in Chicago. The festival is a prime opportunity to showcase up to three of your spirits to both consumers and the trade, with an expected audience of 150–200 craft spirits enthusiasts.

Registration is now open to ACSA members. However, space is limited, so we recommend registering as soon as possible, and you must be logged in to register.

Before registering, please note the following:

• Plan to arrive for setup at 4 p.m. The event runs 5–6 p.m. (trade only) and 6–8 p.m. (general admission)
• A distillery representative (21+) is required to pour
• Three products max per distillery (select during registration)
• For brands not registered/distributed in Illinois, we’ll share next steps. Our partner importer/distributor will help you comply—at no additional cost

Fees:

• $250 for ACSA members

Your registration includes:

• A dedicated table to sample and promote your spirits
• Branding in our exclusive Cocktail Booklet (see last year’s booklet)
• Craft Distiller Tasting Permit for up to three pours
• Potential meetings with buyers from Binny’s Beverage Depot
