Assistant Distiller - Cayman Islands

Position Summary

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Assistant Distiller to support operations at a licensed distillery. The successful candidate will assist with spirit production, bottling, labelling, equipment operation, cleaning, and general production duties while maintaining strict quality, safety, and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in all stages of spirit production including fermentation, distillation, blending, and finishing

  • Operate and assist with bottling, labelling, and packaging equipment

  • Carry out cleaning, sanitation, and basic maintenance of distillery equipment and work areas

  • Assist with bottling runs, packing, and preparation of finished products for distribution

  • Maintain accurate production records, batch logs, and inventory tracking

  • Handle raw materials and finished goods safely and efficiently

  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing requirements

  • Perform general warehouse and production duties as required

Qualifications & Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in distilling, brewing, beverage manufacturing, or food production

  • Experience with bottling, labelling, or production machinery preferred

  • Ability to follow procedures and safety protocols

  • Physically capable of lifting and working in a production environment

  • Willingness to work flexible hours as required

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary commensurate with experience, ranging from $4000-$5000 per month

  • Benefits in accordance with Cayman Islands labour law

  • Training provided
