Watch out for the 100,000 PG limit

As we approach the middle of the year, medium sized distilleries should be on the lookout for eclipsing the first 100,000 proof gallons withdrawn from bond (~50,000 12 Pack Cases). The first 100k PG of domestic withdrawals with the lower FET rate is $2.70/PG. After 100,000 PG withdrawn, the rate is $13.34/PG up to 22.13 mil PG.

A couple of Whiskey Systems users have eclipsed the 100,000 PG withdrawn this year already and got the full benefit of the ~$1 mil in Excise tax savings!
