Hi guys,
The Alcohol School is a great educational event and it is coming up in September! I’ll be on a troubleshooting panel where we field any and all questions of attendees to help them resolve any issues they have. There will also be straight educational seminars. For 39 years, The Alcohol School has been the premier venue for fermentation and distilling education. On September 10th-11th, LBDS (www.lbds.com) in partnership with the Ethanol Technology Institute will hold the third edition of The Alcohol School: Extra Credit Craft Distilling Seminar in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. Participants will have the opportunity to review and learn theory from the beginning of the process of making distilled beverages, through important factors to consider for fermentation, to the maturation aspects. This seminar has been designed to be interactive and participative with discussion panels including experts from the industry and networking events.
