    Glycerol is an approved denaturant if used per the particular formula in the CFR, however if you are looking to denature for sanitizer you must use the ‘preapproved’ denaturants stated in the FDA policy.

  • We’ve been doing kegged cocktails for the tasting room and talking about how to distribute for on-premise. I think it’s probably a non-starter but I’d love to request it. I believe it’s allowed in Australia and it would be great if we could provide some info showing other places that allow for it.
