Webinar: Fermentation Techniques



When?: August 12th at 3 PM Eastern

What?: Learn (or refresh your knowledge of) the science behind fermentation. This session will cover fermentation basics, as well as techniques to optimize your fermentation process. It will also cover considerations for rum fermentation.

Who?: Kevin Kawa is a Technical Application Manager for AB Biotek where he is responsible for sales, business development, and technical efforts in the evaluation of customer fermentation performance.  He also works with optimization opportunities, reviewing current methods and techniques to improve distillery efficiency.  In his previous roles he has been responsible for technical sales of products and equipment to breweries, wineries, distilleries.  He has also has experience working as a rum distiller in Florida in a previous role.  Kevin earned his Chemistry Bachelor of Science degree at the University of Nebraska and his Brewing & Distilling MS at Heriot-Watt University.
