Speakers: Balaji Jayaseelan is the Vice President of Sustainability at Berlin Packaging. He leads Berlin Packaging’s sustainability strategy and holds extensive experience working with startups and a multifaceted portfolio of consumer and professional brands. He serves as a subject matter expert for the company, their customers, and a variety of sustainability and packaging organizations.

Balaji brings 15+ years of experience leading sustainability programs for multiple B2B and B2C firms, including within the packaging industry. He has managed global teams focused on innovation, cost efficiencies, and digital transformation. He holds an MBA from Emory University, a master’s degree in environmental management, and a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering.
