Experienced Distiller Needed at Dunamis Premium Spirits in Florida
Dunamis Premium Spirits is near completion of its first location in Zephyrhills, Florida, Zephyrhills is home to the World Famous, Skydive City, Tampa Bay Soaring Society and Zephyrhills spring water.
Responsibilities:
- Our distiller will be responsible for managing production of core spirits and limited releases. This
includes but is not limited to:
- Still operation, proofing, flavoring, bottling & labeling, ordering, production reporting and sanitation of
the production space.
- Accurate compliance reporting (using an ERP system)
- Managing and training an operations team as our volume grows. This will be a mix of full time and part
time employees.
- Occasional availability for events as needed.
Qualifications:
- Understanding of running distilling equipment.
- Experience using Neutral Grain Spirits.
- Creativity to build new recipes as well as enhance current production recipes.
- Attention to detail with the ability to maintain brand standards in quality and taste
- Capable of developing and maintaining a production budget.
Experience with Whiskey/Distill ERP system or another ERP is a plus.
Must have strong leadership and communication skills
Must be available to work a flexible production schedule.
Mechanical experience is a plus but not required.
