Du Nord Social Spirits Process and Compliance Specialist

Du Nord Social Spirits is a Black-owned company with a diverse team. We believe in good booze and trying to be a good neighbor. Du Nord Social Spirits is a distillery in the heart of the Twin Cities, producing award-winning vodka, gin, liqueurs, and whiskey. Our work is the result of the collective efforts of a group of people who bring their unique talents to the Du Nord team. Compliance and License Management
Research and learn process to obtain and manage state and federal licenses. Manage local, state, and federal regulatory compliance and Alcohol Tax and Trade Bureau reporting. Manage and communicate timelines, processes, and progress.
Production Planning
Receive customer forecasts and plan bottling schedule with suppliers. Track inventories with distributors and invoices with careful checking for errors. Schedule and manage the in and out- flow, timing, and records of deliveries to distributors and warehouses.
Marketing & Sales Support
Provide support for marketing and sales team. Activities will vary but may include: schedule brand ambassadors for marketing events; interact with accounts to ensure inventory and logistics are set up; manage supplier registrations, approvals, compliance and reporting for key accounts (Whole Foods, Target, others); manage marketing collateral inventory in each market and tasting samples; support monthly and annual reporting of sales data; manage product donations and sample mailing.
Office Support
Act as point person for day-to-day office operations (small office). Activities will vary but may include: collecting and routing mail and voice mail to the appropriate staff; ensuring technology and office equipment is functioning well; creating and maintaining electronic and physical filing systems.

This is a 50% on-site position working at our St. Paul location: 742 Vandalia St., St. Paul MN 55114.
Must have reliable transportation to run occasional errands.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
Job Type: Full-time, M-F, on-site 50%, St. Paul location
