Philadelphia Distilling is looking to hire!
We are looking for a candidate to become our Operations Coordinator. This person would be responsible for:
Primarily:
Coordinating delivery of finished goods to our destination warehouses in PA and NJ
Coordinating with our 3rd party logistics companies for pick-up and delivery of finished goods and raw materials
Ensuring the accuracy of our inventory of finished goods and raw materials
Secondarily:
Maintaining records of our distillery operations through our distillery management software
Use a fork truck to move materials around the distillery
Use a box truck to move materials between our distillery and 3rd party warehouses
Ensuring compliance of distillery operations with local and federal statutes
The candidate must:
Be comfortable working on a computer with data management software
Experience with Netsuite or Crafted ERP a plus
Experience with distillery operations a plus
Care about their safety and the safety of others
Have a valid driver’s license
Be comfortable driving a fork truck and 18’ box truck (non-CDL)
Be able to lift 50 lbs safely
Salary $35k-45k based on previous experience.
80% employer paid health insurance
10 paid holidays per year
2 weeks paid time off per year
