I have done a bit of gin work.
Gin scale up is a bit of a dark art as the extraction profiles,reflux ratios hot spots and pretty much everything else are always going to be different.
You can make sure your recipe is robust and then you just have to go for it and adjust accordingly based on the distillate and tweak as you go,knowing what needs to be tweaked is where experience is required.
