General Manager
Silverback Distillery is looking for a GM for our Afton, Virginia location. Experience Required. Responsibilities: Managing front of House Tasting Room that includes finances (bills, P&L's), employee management, hiring/firing, scheduling, payroll, supplies, training, inventory management and ordering, maintaining operating procedures. Must have great customer experience. Position is fulltime, health benefits offered, paid vacation, Saturday's mandatory (at least for a while to get to know staff and ensure front of house is being run efficiently). No felony record.
