Apologies for the long delayed response. It may be too late to be helpful. In my experience, the description of production does not need to be particularly detailed. A brief description of the major equipment – stills, storage, blending tanks, etc. whether you will be distilling, re-distilling, etc. They are mostly looking at capacity in terms of tax liability.

For the description of the tract of land I typically use the description from the property deed, and for the premises simply describe the building – type of construction and refer to the diagram for the other details. Depending on the individual reviewing the application you may be asked to provide some additional detail.
